1: Inertia: an object at rest tends to stay at rest,
an object in motion stays in motion,
unless acted on by an external force.
4 ton steel beams from WTC 1 were propelled laterally 600 feet
at 60 mph with enough force left to stick in the AmEx Building.
2: Force = mass x acceleration
Such mass and acceleration would require an explosive force.
3: To every action there is an equal and opposite reaction
As the top floors of the WTC towers crushed floors below they were
equally crushed.
Steel and concrete ejected laterally made less mass to exert on the lower, stronger floors.
The collapses should have slowed to a stop, leaving about half of the towers
standing.
